Room transfer

During your subscription a code was sent to you,
this code allows you to make transfers when you are in another room.
To use the transfer, enter your new TV number as you would for a standard subscription and select "I already have a subscription".

Subscription extension

To extend your subscription, enter your TV number.
If and only if a subscription is active you will be offered to extend it.
However, you can transfer your subscription if it is not yours.

Forgot your customer code

If you have lost your customer code (sent when you took out your subscription).
You can have it sent back to you by clicking on "I forgot my code" during the transfer operation.
Beware: You must fill in the email address used during your purchase.
